Andrea Schulz-Ward
Andrea is the supervisor for the Chaffee County Family and Youth Initiatives team, and has twenty-five years of experience in leadership and organizational management focused on improving lives for marginalized communities. She is passionate in connecting people and resources so that all have the same opportunities to live a healthy, happy and fulfilling life.
Dibby Olson
Dibby, a Certified Prevention Specialist (CPSII), joined FYI in September 2013. Continuing to put her “people skills” to work in Salida, Dibby is the Youth Program Coordinator with the Chaffee County Youth Alliance. She loves to train dogs and be outside whenever possible.
Donna Golden
Donna's role as the Family Program Coordinator for the Colorado Community Response Program (CCR) highlights her commitment to supporting families in need. The voluntary nature of the program underscores its focus on empowering families to take charge of their circumstances and achieve positive outcomes. Donna’s appreciation for the natural beauty and recreational opportunities of the Arkansas River Valley reflects a balanced lifestyle that complements her professional commitments.
Jo Pustizzi
Jo Pustizzi is a Family Education Coordinator with FYI. She truly enjoys working with parents and their middle school-age children. When not working, Jo likes to hang out with her husband and they have fun snowboarding, kayaking, hiking and just relaxing together.
Marjorie Jennings
Marjorie Jennings is a Family Education Coordinator with FYI and enjoys working with the families of Chaffee County. When not in the office, you can generally find Marjorie hiking, camping and fishing at one of our beautiful Colorado lakes.
Craig Bingham
Craig works to facilitate the Chaffee County Youth Alliance, a community-based coalition focused on youth health and well-being. He loves connecting with folks, runs ultramarathons in his spare time, and can often be found in the middle of a good book.
James Fenwick
James, a Nashville "native" and Coloradan since 2017, has been engaging with youth and young adults in Chaffee County since December 2022. He is passionate his work with foster youth aging out of the system and assisting youth at risk of or already experiencing homelessness. When not at work, he's often meandering the surrounding mountain ranges on a splitboard, gravel bike, or in running shoes, often accompanied by his wife, Jennifer, and their energetic canine companion, Nooma.
Kenny Wilcox
When Kenny, coordinator for FYI's adult-to-youth mentoring program, was in high school his friend turned to him and said, "You're going to be a coach someday." His friend was right, and Kenny has been championing youth for the entirety of his alleged adult life.
Clark Quattrocchi
Clark is the Coordinator for the Youth in Action Program. His work involves creating programs to foster connection and mentorship between middle schoolers and prekinders. Outside of his role with FYI you can find Clark kayaking on the river, mountain biking, or skiing.
